Best Friend Poem
This is a poem for best friends


I still remember the first day we met
We were too shy to say much at all
It's funny to think back to that time
Because now we're having a ball!


They say that true friendship is rare
An adage that I believe to be true
Genuine friendship is something that I cherish
I am so lucky to have met you.


Our bond is extremely special
It is unique in it's own way
We have something irreplaceable
I love you more and more each day.


We've been through so much together
In so little time we've shared
I will never forget all the moments
that you've shown me how much you cared.


Friends are forever
Especially the bond that you and I possess
I love your fun-filled personality
Somehow you never fail to impress.


The world could use more people like you
it would certainly be a better place
I love everything about you
You are someone I could never replace.


You are always there for me
When my spirits need a little lift
I cannot thank you enough for that
You are truly an extraordinary gift.


You are everything to me and more
I could never express that enough
Life is such a treacherous journey, and
Without you it would be even more tough.


Our story will continue to grow
With each passing day
Because I trust that with you by my side
Everything will always be Okay.

You are so dear to me

TO NEW YORK I GO "BROOKLYN"

I am on my way to New York one of the places that I love to get away to when I dont want to be in MD. This I pray to be a good weekend and also have alot of fun enjoying friends. To say the least I was kinda second thinking this New York thing cause it was just a crazy situation but God be the glory I know he got me and it will be a blessing. Well sitting on Peterman greyhound now writing this I thought to myself why not. It is a quiet trip everyone well majority is resting I guess but not mad at that a couple of times I came on the bus somebody baby was doing alot of crying the whole trip I was like ok this is not good..lol. Taking this trip right have my dance leader on my mind when she said or asked when are u going to go out of town again. There is  only one thing that is stopping me is my job and kinda family and some friends to honest. Not to get off track again new york have one of my fav restaurants BBQ they have the biggest margarita drinks and they are so good but dont worry I will keep u posted hopefully I may go there while its on my mind. Lata 

SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS

 Earlier, we had mentioned some of the spiritual blessings we find “in Christ.”  Paul, in fact, lists some of them in the following verses of his statement in Ephesians 1:3.  He says we are “chosen”  or “elect” in Christ (v. 4). He also says we are made “holy” and “blameless” in Him (v. 4). We become “sons” of God through Christ (v. 5). We are told that we have “redemption” and “forgiveness” in Christ through His blood (v. 7). We have obtained an “inheritance” in Him (v. 10,11) as well as our “hope” (vs. 12).  Finally, the passage says we are sealed in Him with the “Holy Spirit” (v. 13).

      If we desire to receive these spiritual blessings from God, then we must be “in Christ.” The Bible says we are “baptized into Christ.”  So, apart from being baptized into Christ, we cannot have any of these blessings!

BEING IN CHRIST

   "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ...” (Ephesians 1:3).  The Scriptures plainly show that every spiritual blessing available to us from God our Father is found “in Christ.”  But what does it mean to be “in Christ”? We are so in need of all these spiritual blessings (blessings such as forgiveness, intercession, mercy, fellowship, salvation, hope, peace, victory).

      First of all, being “in Christ” does not refer to being at a specific physical place, like “in the house” or “in the yard.”  Rather, the phrase refers to being in a certain position or relationship with respect to the Savior. It would be more similar to the phrase “in the family”  which describes relationship, not physical location.

      Hopefully this helps us to understand the importance of being “in Christ” a little more clearly. We are talking about fellowship, or sharing, in the good things of God which He says are found “in” His Son.
